This acquisition involved purchasing 6,182 Bitcoin between October 16th and 23rd, elevating Strive's total holdings to 43,000 BTC, according to documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.
Strive now ranks as the fourth-largest Bitcoin treasury firm globally. This recent purchase moves the company significantly closer to the ranks held by Metaplanet and Twenty One Capital, which possess 44,000 BTC and 43,514 BTC, respectively.
Michael Saylor's Strategy remains at the top of the list with 848,517 BTC, according to Bitcointreasuries.net.
Matt Cole, Strive's chairman and chief executive, mentioned in an interview on the One Chair Podcast last month that the firm might see major BTC accumulations by year's end. He stated, "The potential for an electric finish to Strive's Bitcoin holdings in 2026 is there, right? I think it's not out of the realm of possibility for Strive to end the year as the number two largest Bitcoin holder. Some things are going to have to go right for that to happen. I wouldn't say that's my base case, but I would say that it's in the possible set of cards, right?"
The firm executed this latest BTC purchase at an average price of $82,732 per Bitcoin, while the top-ranked crypto asset was trading at $79,958 at the time of writing.
